This derivative of the ViCount has been produced to take advantage of the unit's ability to produce a consistent particle size and distribution, across the operating pressure range, for the purpose of challenging HEPA filters to EN-ISO 14644-3 Section C.6.3
Capable of using the recognised UK or FDA approved smoke oils, the ViCount is in service with numerous organisations in the pharmaceutical, clean room and nuclear industries world-wide.
The Digital Temperature PID controller pulses heat into the unit as main set point is being reached, minimising overshoot and undershoot. The Dual Colour display shows Actual and Set Temperature continuously.
With a choice of 3 heat exchanger sizes, there is a version of the ViCount aerosol generator to suit all needs, from the smallest fume cupboard to the biggest in line duct system.

"That was unbelievable down there. I couldn’t see a thing. I was completely disorientated. I thought I knew where everything was located, but now I realise I only had a vague awareness"
