Concept have now utilised that technology in producing a range of "Smoke Scrubbers" that can quickly and efficiently draw in smoke laden air and produce clear air on the output side of the HEPA filter bank.
This means that users who have a requirement to produce smoke in an internal environment where normal venting of the smoke would be impractical can still clear smoke laden air from that environment at the touch of a button.
These units are ideal for clearing smoke laden air from aircraft simulators, computer suites or any area where venting to outside is impractical or undesirable.
Replacement filters are readily available.
If necessary, the Smoke Scrubbers can be mounted adjacent to the room or enclosure being vented, and the smoke extracted from that enclosure via a flexible hose. Typically, for example, in aircraft simulator applications, the Smoke Scrubber is mounted in the simulator hall, and a suitable umbilical hose is taken from the input side of the Scrubber to the Simulator cabin.
