In scenarios where it’s deemed an active fog ingredient (e.g. glycol) isn’t suitable for a cleanroom environment Concept offer an industry leading range of Pure Water Foggers. As the name suggests these systems use only DI / WFI water.
Concept’s ultrasonic water fog generators (AFM series) offer an unmatched potential for water only air flow visualisation in cleanroom environments. Cleanrooms are dynamic areas; people, machinery, and goods are constantly in motion. The AFM Series allows operators of cleanrooms to validate the effectiveness of their cleanrooms in accordance with ISO 14644-3.

The AFM range use of uniquely designed stainless steel piezoelectric modules to generate large amounts of dense fog up to (866 ml/min) however the effect is controllable from 0-100% output. This enables smoke studies and airflow mapping studies for applications ranging from small to large-scale cleanrooms, sterile rooms, medical surgery rooms, ISO suites, and more.
