Our Fire Training Range consists of over 15 standard smoke systems as well as a vast range of specialist products to meet exact customer requirements.

The Concept Colt 4 Turbo is one of the most popular smoke systems for off-site training exercises. Concept are excited to introduce the new Colt 4 Twin Turbo. Based on the same robust construction; the Colt 4 Twin Turbo utilises a precision machined twin helix heat exchanger block that increases the output of the smoke system by 100%, giving enormous volumes of smoke in seconds!

The water-based smoke from the Colt 4 Twin Turbo is designed to be extremely persistent (lasting up to 6 times longer than conventional artificial smoke). This persistency means much lower running costs as once the effect has been introduced into the training environment you don’t need to keep topping up smoke levels. It also creates the smallest particle size in its class, just 0.2 – 0.3 micron mmd. Producing smaller smoke particles means that less fluid is used to achieve the same obscuration levels, resulting in lower running costs and safer, cleaner smoke.

As with all of Concept’s mains driven smoke generators the heat exchanger block is fully serviceable and guaranteed for life as well as carrying a 5 year parts warranty.
