Clean Room Solutions from Concept

Concept are to launch their new "Clean Room Solutions from Concept" range later this month. The entire range is now available in stainless steel. These aerosol generators are used World Wide within the pharmaceutical, clean room and nuclear industries for HEPA filter testing, particle recovery and air flow testing. The range includes:

• VC - Aero 5000 and 1300. These aerosol generators are available in a number of configurations, at outputs to suit small to large scale air flows. The particle size remains extremely consistent across the entire range. These units will support Emery 3004, Durasyn 164, Concept Smoke Oil 135 (identical equivalent to Ondina EL), Odina 919. The perfect tool for testing HEPA filters.
• Concept Aerotech Smoke Wand - Producing a point source of smoke on the end of a 425mm long stainless steel "wand". Commonly used when a very precise point source of aerosol smoke is required.
• MiniColt 4S - Producing an extremely persistent aerosol from a combination of purified water and pharmaceutical grade glycerine, with a particle size of just 0.2 mmd. The MiniColt 4S is ideally suited for general air flow testing, visualization and particle recovery work. The smoke can be passed through flexible 25mm ID ducting enabling it to be placed accurately. The unit has the ability to make a visible  aerosol off power once pre-heated so it is extremely versatile.
